LLI Consultancy is a small company based in Manchester which offers workshops using both the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, as well as workshops on understanding conflict using the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Indicator.

The workshops are offered to both secular, voluntary and Christian groups, and are tailored to the needs of the organisation.We will organise a workshop for any group which is interested. This may be simply a group of friends, or may be for an organisation seeking to improve prayer, teamwork and management of the organisation.

As an organisation we can also offer a venue for workshops in Manchester. We are happy to travel considerable distances to run a workshop.

The company also offers open workshops, available to anyone who would like to come along.

Very high ethical standards are expected of people who run workshops, standards to which we adhere. The ethical standards mean that the MBTI and TKI will not, for example, be used for assessment of ability. The results of the test belong solely to the person who has taken a test. No-one will be coerced into being part of a workshop. The test will only be used in a way that enhances self-awareness and ones own self-image etc
